A truly exquisite oil on board painting from Belgium! This lovely landscape, a Dutch scene, featuring the typical Windmill gracing the landscape of little village by a curving road with cows in the pasture. Not signed, nor dated, but estimated to have been painting in the late 1800's to early 1900's.

Measuring framed 16 1/2" x 12 1/2". Please see additional photos.
