Now deceased, this artist painted for over 40 years on his own time. Though he was offered a scholarship in Art when he was young, his Father denied him and pushed him into Blueprint drawing to earn his wage. So Axon exhibited only occasionally at the Royal Academy in Wales, and local galleries.

Painting measures 18" x 24", and is very nice condition. I would suggest a bit of cleaning to remove some surface dirt.
