| Stunning! This small painting of "Vieux Christi" signed and dated 1937. Oil on pasteboard. I don't know anything about the artist or the inspiration behind the painting. Perhaps the artist was a man of the cloth or just interested in doing a painting of Christ on the cross, either way, it's a wonderful painting! The detail is dramatic and the colors superb! recently purchased in Belgium. | ||
