Beautifully handsome! Almost a lost art. The hand made half-shades, made for sconces and lamps in Italy by a friend of mine in Venice! She has been making these beautiful sconce shades all of her life and enjoys using antique and vintage fabric! You can see them in the designer books and magazines, but they are very difficult to find outside of Europe. This pair of sconce shades is using a lovely gray and taupe colored vintage Fortuny fabric. Trimmed in gray velvet. They have clips on the back so they will attach to any size standard sconce sleeve. Measuring 4 1/2" tall x 4 1/4" across. If you need more than these two, she will be happy to make more as long as she has the fabric. Just ask! |
