EFFECTIVE FEB 17,2010, WE WILL NO LONGER BE ABLE TO ACCEPT ORDERS TO AREAS OUTSIDE OF THE U.S. AND CANADA UNLESS A VIA BANK WIRE PAYMENT.
We have had trouble with some of our customers regarding sending payments for merchandise and or asking us to hold the merchandise for an extended length of time. While we appreciate your personal or business financial concerns, this also ties up merchandise that others might want and be will to pay for right away.
Therefore, our new policy regarding payments is as follows:
All payments, both through Paypal and personal and business checks, of merchandise MUST arrive within 5 days from the time that grand total has been emailed. If payments are not received within the 7 days, merchandise will be returned to the store floor and will be available for purchase on the website! We will no longer be able to "hold" or "reserve" items more than 24 hours while a decision is made on purchase.Communication is important! So talk to us and let us know what's going on!

RETURN POLICY: If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will accept you return of the item under the following conditions. #1
It must be carefully wrapped, boxed and fully insured in like box and shipped by the same company as shipped to you. #2 It must be shipped within 3 days from date you receive it.#3 Upon receiept, it will be examined for any damages, etc before refunds can be made. #4 ALL items, regardless of reason of return, except for damages suffered during transport, are subject to a 15% restocking fee!Merci!
